Susie Cover, Founder and Executive Chef
Susie is a self-trained chef and has worked privately for one family for four years. Her duties included daily menu planning as well as executing dinner parties, luncheons and cooking meals for the children. While cooking for the kids, she discovered that by taking adult recipes and making them kid friendly, she educated their palates to be more accepting of new flavors and a broader range of meal possibilities. Most parents don't have the time for this process or access to a chef, hence Susie's Supper Club was born. Ms. Cover attended Spence School in Manhattan and has a BFA in theatre from Denison University. She looks forward to cooking for your family.
